We are seeking a passionate, creative and results-driven Campaign Manager to join our Sensitech team. Located in Beverly, MA, Sensitech is a leader in global supply chain visibility and performance. You'd be joining a team that is leading breakthroughs in IoT, data and connectivity and helping to make the cold chain stronger and smarter every day.

About the role:

The successful candidate will report to the Sr. Manager of Integrated Marketing. Responsibilities include the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives across a variety of channels including email, social, web, events and more. The ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and be a master of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines with a keen eye for quality and brand standards.

This role is a seasoned Marketing Communications and Advertising professional who sets their own day-to-day objectives.

Supports Marketing teams in the development of advertising campaigns and communications through drafting, research and analytics.

May be responsible for advertising platforms, including internet sites and content. Makes significant contributions to the development of marketing campaigns to enhance Marketing communication/advertising performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sr. Marketing and Communications Manager to execute lead-generation and engagement campaigns, including (but not limited to): Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, and Email

  • Technical ownership for HubSpot Marketing Automation, including list segmentation, workflows, email nurture, forms, landing pages, and reporting dashboards.

  • Lead the creation and execution of demand gen programs to generate new leads, qualify and nurture existing contacts, and support the development of sales-ready opportunities.

  • ​Manage campaign assets aligned with the objectives across all product lines for multiple customer segments.

  • Set clear campaign goals, metrics, and performance KPIs, define key milestones, analyze data and make optimizations as necessary.

  • Create compelling stories using technical subject matters and write, design, and execute content for all digital channels.

  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensure that all content is on-brand and optimized for SEO and social promotions.

  • Plans and prepares advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services.

  • Inspects layouts and advertising copy and edits scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material to ensure adherence to specifications.

  • Works with internal departments to develop and update content for company site(s) materials.

  • Create, maintain, and interpret brand identity standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications

  • 2 + years of B2B marketing experience

  • 2 + years of experience in marketing automation

Basic Qualifications:

  • B2B marketing experience, preferably in a SaaS/cloud environment

  • Experience in marketing automation, HubSpot preferred (or related)

  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect an ability to clarify and simplify complex issues and subject matters.

  • Strong project management skills, interpersonal communication skills, and a successful track record

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Self-driven and proactive

  • Ability to multitask, work with a sense of urgency under demanding deadlines and balance multiple projects.

  • Team player and willing to collaborate with others on projects.

  • Familiarity with social media and marketing support platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, BrightEdge, etc.)

  • Ability to travel up to 20%, if required
