Work from Home Flexible Description We're excited to be looking for a Director of Growth & Acquisition to join our rapidly growing team in Pittsfield, Ma. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for driving demand generation, improving digital performance, and developing strategies to acquire new customers for the Annie Selke retail and wholesale brands. The Director of Growth & Acquisition is responsible for developing, delivering, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns including email, Paid Media, and SEO to drive site traffic, sales and introduce new audiences to the brand. This is a strategic role but hands-on within a small but nimble team. The ideal candidate is comfortable setting strategy, teaching, questioning, and rolling up their sleeves to improve the business. How will you support the team? Collaborate with the Director of Catalogue Circulation Manage the external digital marketing agency relationship to ensure paid media budget optimization for sales goals and relevant KPIs, transparency and a holistic best-in-class channel management strategy. Collaborate with the agency to develop high performing campaigns to support strategic Collection launches and evergreen campaigns. Collaborate with AS Marketing team to develop best-in-class digital creative campaigns to drive engagement and conversation. Develop a comprehensive dashboard to report, assess and identify insights and optimizations for all growth and acquisition activities. Develop clear and actionable reporting for internal stakeholders ranging from C-level to peers and business partners. Manage the SEO strategy, identify optimizations and execute or oversee the deployment of changes. Manage the SEO Specialist to ensure the successful deployment of the SEO strategy and daily management. Oversee development and management of the Annie Selke email program with dedicated team With the VP of Marketing, oversee and manage vendor relationships to ensure transparency and successful collaboration. We're Looking for someone with... 8+ years' experience in digital marketing for a D2C e-commerce business; minimum of a BS degree in marketing or a related field. Highly analytical mindset and an expert in industry measurement tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, Tableau) Data-driven thinker with demonstrated ability to turn data into insights and then take action Strong communicator with demonstrated ability to tell a story, identify issues or solve problems with data and insights. Confident communicator who can engage with all levels of the organization Experience with Emarsys, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or like email marketing platform Demonstrated experience leading, managing and optimizing SEO/SEM, social media, Google Adwords, and/or display advertising campaigns to achieve revenue targets and KPIs Innovative thinker with a strong understanding and appreciation for developing powerful digital creative campaigns and consumer journeys Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels Curious and passionate about discovering new trends, industry regulations and best practices impacting digital marketing and e-commerce Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects, teams, timelines, and budgets with a focus on transparency, collaboration, and growth Experience in fashion, retail or consumer goods is a plus The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this job.
