Your Impact

  • Lead overarching strategic vision (strategy, roadmap, and requirements) and execution of all major web projects spanning design, development and optimization - Lead web content strategy, web personalization and customer journey programs - Responsible for unification of user experience and brand consistency across AT web proprieties - Manage ongoing site optimization, conversion journey optimization, etc. - Support the build out of Web content as needed, including development of landing pages, product pages and other program specific page - Report web performance metrics to communicate demonstrable impact of AT website on the business - Recommend and execute strategies to develop quality traffic to the company’s website and online experiences, drive online traffic and conversion to sales - Determine needs for globalization and develop scalable method for content development, translation and process for global expansion - This role will work very closely with the Marketing Operations & Technology Team to implement functionality and design across our web properties.

What You'll Need

  • Mastery-level (7+ years) Web Strategy experience with a focus on traffic acquisition, conversion optimization and user experience for a B2B lead generation focused website - Expert-level SEO both technical and content - B2B experience a must - CMS experience such as SiteCore, - Familiarity with HTML, CSS, preferred - Experience with agile development and PM methodologies - Deep understanding of web analytics - Excellent project management skills - Keen sense of user experience, design, metrics and testing methodologies - Strong attention to detail and great organizational skills. - Must have strong written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills and be able to effectively communicate as the owner of AT web program
