Job Summary
As part of the Space Planning & Occupancy team, the Sr. Move Lead will support the Sr. Move/Furniture Manager, coordinate work and will provide hands-on assistance when needed (such as moving of furniture with inhouse move coordinators, internal person moves). Conduct facility walkthroughs, update furniture inventory, and assist with warehouse furniture organization. This role needs to align with the SLA and exceed in all customer service activities. This is an onsite position.

Able to lift at least 50 pounds. Job requires sitting, bending, lifting and walking.
Complete and coordinate with move coordinators the weekly small/large/project moves.
Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key business partners, vendor partners and team members. Customer and detailed driven.
Support implementation of the move plan in accordance with the approved occupancy plan.
Coordinate with FM team, PDS team, and/or move vendor on installation and reconfiguration of furniture as it pertains to small and large group moves.
Coordinate pre-move walkthroughs to ensure spaces are ready to receive occupants.
Keep track of all tasks and schedules related to moves.
Ensure all moves are performed in a manner consistent with documented processes and adhere to schedules.
Supports decommissioning activities as required.
Assist in organizing warehouse and keep inventory up to date.
Provides coordination through tools including Sortly Inventory System, FAMIS 365 Work Orders, Microsoft Platform (Word, Excel), Smartsheet and Outlook.
