Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.

Seeking aSeniorMarketing Managerto own Oracle s Security marketingstrategy and execution, including the delivery of marketing generated pipelinecommitments. This individual willhelp shape the marketing strategy that includes messaging, market intelligence,sales enablement, and go to market related to new offerings in configuration,compliance, identity, and CASB. Position will have budget controland ownership and will be supported by corporate, product, and other alignedresources. This role will interface and collaborate with executive leadershipin sales, sales consulting, product marketing, product management and businessdevelopment to develop, adapt, and execute highly effective marketing programsand events that increase market awareness, generate demand, acceleratepipeline, and grow sales revenue in North America.

This marketing leader should understandmultiple personas and business segments, know how to design account basedstrategy plans, and be able to drive integrated marketing programs. This personwill also need to report weekly on campaign metrics and KPIs that track towardsquarterly goals.

Essential functions include but may not be limited to:

  • Set marketing strategy for Oracle s Security pillar

  • Build campaign strategy, value propositions and messaging, contact acquisition strategy, and content that drive results.

  • Define the target audience and its preferences, needs, and challenges. Identify - and adjust - appropriate mix of assets and activities to engage the audience, generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and grow and close pipeline.

  • Control and manage budget allocated to N.A. Security marketing.

  • Drive strategy for integrated digital, ABM, and event strategies.

  • Align closely with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies and tactics meet business objectives.

  • Budgeting and reporting - Proactively communicate the impact of overall marketing programs in terms of key performance goals (pipeline, opportunities generated, revenue) on a monthly, quarterly, FY basis.



_Preferred Qualifications_

  • Bachelor s degree, MBA preferred.

  • 8 years of experience working in B2B marketing.

  • Cloud security background with cloud security services experience and knowledge of CASB, UEBA, GDPR, IAM, IDS, NGFW, etc.

  • Execution oriented, creative, and able to bring innovative ideas of how to engage a fast paced, high growth market segment to build awareness and demand.

  • Proven success (pipeline & revenue generation) of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including digital, events and ABM execution.

  • Strong understanding of lead generation and flow within a B2B organization.

  • Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on marketing performance metrics as well as lagging revenue attribution, revenue influence and ROI.

  • Writing experience: email marketing,direct marketing copy, and massaging product content into easy-to-understandbenefits

  • Expertise in managing projects acrossvarious, regionally distributed teams

  • Excellent relationship managementskills with ability to build rapport, influence and deepen relationships withstakeholders

  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation systems, Eloqua a plus.

  • Strong and disciplined project management and process improvement capabilities.

  • Other soft skills: execution oriented, customer-focused, goal-focused, self-starter, problem solver, detail-oriented, organized, ability to multi-task and effectively manage time, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
