To support the growth of MITRE Engenuity cybersecurity businesses to accelerate impact of Engenuity innovation in support of our mission to help better secure critical infrastructure and protect US intellectual property. This role will lead and coordinate all cybersecurity marketing efforts across to MITRE Engenuity organization and include executing a digital-led lead generation strategy for MITRE ATT&CK Defender, and to develop Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) in support of growth in our MAD Enterprise, CTID and ATT&CK Evaluations businesses.

Job Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities will be to develop a cybersecurity marketing message for the Engenuity Platform, and to design, create budgets for, and lead the implement of marketing strategies across all Engenuity offerings.

Success will be measured through results associated with the achievement of revenue objectives, the delivery of marketing qualified leads that convert to sales, and other meaningful key performance indicators.

The position will lead all of marketing for MITRE Engenuity Cybersecurity Programs:

  • Collaborate with ME Leadership and general managers of ATT&CK Evaluations, the Center for Threat-Informed Defense, and MITRE ATT&CK Defender to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive marketing qualified leads and revenue growth

  • Coordinate all ME Cybersecurity related communications and public relations activities

  • Prioritize and coordinate all marketing initiatives to optimize for cross-sell opportunities.

  • Develop a team to support the product marketing requirements across the enterprise

  • Development of overall messaging and brand strategy across all ME Cybersecurity programs

  • Develop and manage to annual marketing budget to support business objectives for all programs

  • Develop internal team to support all marketing functions and leverage internal and external resources as required

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for General Managers and ME leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • Leads a department or function that has significant impact for sponsors, partners, and/or MITRE enterprise

  • Department or function provides multiple services or complex products/ solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field (or equivalent in combined education and experience)

  • Master’s degree in related field preferred

  • 5-7 years of related job experience with at least 3 years of supervisory/management experience
