Oracle Principal Product Manager, Executive Voice in Bedford, Massachusetts
Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget.
As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience.

Seeking Principal Product Manager, Executive Voice

If so, the Oracle SaaS Product Communications team has the right opportunity for you. Our team is looking for a communications expert to fill the position of Executive Communications Leader. We are focused on 1) amplifying our customers successes with Oracle s SaaS products and 2) establishing our Applications Development executives as thought leaders at the intersection of business and technology.
In this role, you will maximize the voice and thought leadership of several senior Applications Development executives across all media, events, and customer engagements. You will drive proactive communications programs and work closely with teams in development, PR, content, social, events, and marketing. You will hone your exceptional writing and critical thinking skills, as well as experience leading integrated executive communications programs and thought leadership campaigns. You should have a proven track record of both developing and executing plans/recommendations.
Responsibilities and Results
Communications strategy and development:In partnership with key stakeholders, you will shape the Applications Development s communications platform for senior executives spanning thought leadership, business strategy and organizational leadership, from both an internal and external lens. This includes reviewing and evaluating communications requests and opportunities as well as a proactive outreach to identify new opportunities. You will need to develop authentic tone and voice for each executive and coach them on delivery across all communications platforms. You will continually identify new opportunities and develop new programs to up level our executive communications.
Creative storytelling:You will develop compelling story lines that can be shared across traditional (e.g., blog posts, presentations, emails, Q&As, video scripts, customer briefings, etc.) and social media channels for both internal and external audiences. You synthesize key talking points, and align messaging with the strategic vision and goals of the division and company.
Events engagement:You will collaborate on and participate in senior executives engagements at key internal and external events including analyst and media engagements. This includes developing talking points, partnering with event and design teams as well as working with other stakeholders on content creation.
Executive and cross team alignment:You will build strong partnerships with all the communications, social, marketing leads, and peers within the Applications Development organization. As a result, you can align and advance executive priorities and increase engagement with target audiences across channels.
BA/BS in Communications, Business, Journalism, or Public Relations preferred
5-10 years of communications experience, including technology/product and thought leadership programs
Deep knowledge and proven experience leading social media programs for senior executives
Experience in applications/cloud technology
Excellent writing, editing, and project management skills
Results oriented with the ability to thrive under pressure
