About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your marketing career and join a fast-paced, growing performance marketing team in the exciting world of data-driven analysis and research for the commercial construction industry.

With a focus on developing marketing programs that will generate a steady stream of qualified leads for Dodge’s sales teams, your expertise in building and executing on both inbound and outbound initiatives will make a significant impact to the sales pipeline.

The Marketing Program Manager plans, forecast, executes and measures demand generation campaigns across SMB and Enterprise audiences. In this role, you will establish an ongoing cadence of campaigns that generates leads, uncovers opportunities, and influences existing deals.

Working closely marketing team members, content producers and sales colleagues, you will collaborate on the development of segmented email campaigns, multi-touch nurture campaigns and account-based marketing campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you need to be able to think strategically, while also executing tactically.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and execute ongoing campaigns and programs that support core goals.

  • In collaboration with direct and indirect team members, manage ongoing programs, develop strategic topics and themes that drive prospect engagement.

  • Accurately plan, forecast, and report on campaigns based on demand gen and sales goals.

  • Track and analyze the results of campaigns to continually refine programs for optimal ROI.

  • Continually innovate on ways to reach our desired audience with compelling offers through new communities, media placements and partnerships.

  • Manage content-based offers leveraging our internal database, media placements, and content syndication.

  • Manage the content calendar to timelines to ensure a steady flow of solutions and thought leadership assets are developed for use across all marketing activities.

  • Communicate regularly with the sales team for upcoming campaigns, status on current campaigns, and results on completed campaigns.

  • Working with internal experts, manage the logistic for webinars and virtual events.

  • Oversee relationships with external vendors and agencies.

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.

  • 2-5 years of marketing experience in a demand generation capacity, planning and executing campaigns.

  • Experience marketing within B2B, inside sales as well as enterprise-level sales environment.

  • Analytical focus, with experience in tracking marketing campaigns and pulling actionable insights from data.

  • Maintain an informed and insightful point of view on industry structure, trends, initiatives, and issue an informed and insightful point of view of best practices and solutions across functions.

  • Proficient skills in utilizing marketing tools, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Chat Bots, SMS messaging and scheduling tools. Direct experience with SFDC and Marketing Cloud a plus!

  • Provide support and ongoing guidance to members of the performance marketing and sales team.
