Our North American Commercial Operations, as well as our Headquarters and Technology Center for Hemostasis and Acute Care Diagnostics, are based in Bedford, MA. Additionally, our Technology Center for Hemostasis and Blood Gas Reagents is in Orangeburg, NY, and our Technology Center for Whole Blood Hemostasis is in San Diego, CA.

Overview
Responsible for IT focused product functionality, solutions, solution architecture and cybersecurity commercial marketing.
Develops, implements and drives the North America commercial IT Solutions marketing strategy with consideration of market drivers and trends. Leads commercialization on new products, enhancements and updates. Manages product lifecycle to achieve North American Commercial Operations Goals.
Key Accountabilities
Prepares North America IT Solutions marketing positioning, training and materials.
Identifies opportunities for lead generation.
Creates marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, FAQ, feature/benefit documents.
Monitors and reports on IT Solutions product performance, competitor offerings and Health Care industry IT trends.
Stays current with Medical Diagnostics and Health Care IT industry, collaborates internally as a liaison with Company Digital Factory and Strategy.
Participates in cross-functional collaboration across commercial functions to enhance customer retention, escalation management and sales growth while executing strategic plans.
Creates and delivers customer presentations.
Ensures organizational compliance with all Quality, Regulatory, Service & Support policies, procedures, work instructions and records, ensuring all records are compliant, complete and accurate.

Minimum Knowledge & Experience Required for the Position:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Health Care discipline, or related discipline required. Equivalent experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
Minimum of 3 years of digital/technical marketing experience managing product strategy, commercialization and product lifecycle required
Working knowledge of the health care industry required
Skills & Capabilities:
Demonstrated leadership capability and/or experience and exceptional interpersonal skills
Experience interfacing with both internal team members as well as external customers as part of a solution-based service process
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate and present to varying levels of internal/external customers and management
Ability to adapt and manage effectively in a fast-paced, challenging environment and manage multiple, and often times competing, priorities
Highly accountable and drives accountability in others
Customer Focused and Sales Driven
Expert knowledge of technology trends in health care settings preferred
Travel Requirements:
Up to 25% travel
