Oracle Marketing Comm / PR Specialist 4 in Bedford, Massachusetts

Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.

Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.

Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

/Oracle is looking for a Senior Communications Strategist to run public relations efforts for our CX Sales and Service business unit. This role will have responsibility for managing both internal and external communications supporting the Chief Revenue Office (CRO) for this organization./

/Oracle seeks a team member who can help design and execute public relations strategies that showcase how our CX Sales and Service business unit is delivering the expertise and technology that will accelerate our customers digital transformation. /

/The position requires a passion for storytelling and the ability to turn deep technology-centric concepts into easy to understand messages and embrace stories that speak to enterprise buyers. /

/This person needs to be highly organized, energetic, and detail-oriented. The ideal candidate will also be an excellent writer and can work cross functionally to drive teams towards a common goal. /

/The location of this position is flexible./

/ _Responsibilities_:/

  • /Lead internal/external PR efforts for the CX Sales and Service business unit, including PR strategy, content development, launches, and media/influencer activities./

  • /Drive awareness of Oracle’s solutions and the success of its customers through creative campaigns, news announcements, trend pitching, and regular trade and Tier 1 media engagements./

  • /Collaborate with key stakeholders on the customer storytelling process to share stories via press releases/blogs, media interviews, event engagement, social media, and other communications activities./

·/Expand Tier 1 trade and business press opportunities by creating and delivering new types of customer assets and activities that will capture interest and bring stories to life. . /

·/Manage internal organizational calls/microsite and ensure alignment with CRO/

/Required Skills & Qualifications: /

  • /10 years of communications experience./

  • /Deep technology and/or communications industry PR experience that includes earned, owned, and paid media./

  • /Experience in developing customer story programs, including direct contact with customers./

  • /Ability to gain senior executives’ trust and navigate complex business organizations. Strong interpersonal and teaming skills and the ability to foster cross-functional teamwork and collaboration is paramount./

  • /Exceptional project management and prioritization skills. Ability to apply a structured approach to defining, communicating, and solving strategic problems and opportunities./

  • /Evidence of managing large projects across multiple stakeholders/

  • /Examples of content development including pitches, infographics, social posts, broadcast (TV/radio/podcast), and traditional media storytelling packages./

  • /Strong attention to detail, quality of output, and the ability to meet deadlines are essential./

  • /PR agency experience preferred. In-house PR or customer reference experience also a plus./
