Randstad Corporate Services in partnership with MilliporeSigma is actively seeking an Communication Specialist to join the Sales & Intelligence Team within Bioprocessing at their location in Bedford, MA. About the Job:

As the Corporate Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for creating tools to increase visibility to the output from the Sales & Intelligence Team both within Bioprocessing and in the larger Process Solutions organization. Your work will largely be done using the internal "EVA" platform. You will also be responsible for developing tools to organize and archive information generated by the team on SharePoint and creating access controls o that the right person can easily and accurately find the necessary information. The ideal candidate is team-oriented, technically savvy, and comfortable in an evolving environment.

As an ideal candidate you will have-

--A bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field.

--Experience with the admin functionalities of SharePoint and creating pages

--Experience with website creation tools and maintaining company intranets

--The ability to multitask and organize time efficiently by prioritizing work with great attention to detail

--Flexibility with shifting priorities/ processes

--Demonstrated strong problem solving, organizational and administrative skills

For consideration you must have-

--Experience with Microsoft Office applications, specifically SharePoint

--Experience with website design or webpage creation/maintenance

--The ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, in a professional manner

--The motivation and ambition to actively support the goals of the group

--The ability to work independently and take direction well
