Oracle Account Manager, Agency Activation in Bedford, Massachusetts
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product*s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
Colorado Pay Range: From $34.39 to $60.18 per hour
From $71,523 to $125,166 per annum

Job Description
As an Account Manager in one of the fast-paced divisions of Oracle, you will work with Client Partners (Sales) and other Internal Peer Teams to help advertisers and agencies understand how best to use audiences and contextual solutions to solve their marketing challenges.You will become a trusted advisor byusing ODC’s purchase-based audiences and contextual solutions to provide digital marketing recommendations, ensuring flawless execution and management of campaigns. It is important that you have a passion for learning, have a strong interest in advertising, marketing and digital media, and can thrive in a dynamic, fast paced and continuously evolving environment.As an Account Manager, it is expected that you are honing your skills to drive strategic conversations and relationships, continuing to grow your presence. In addition, you are seeking how to contribute at a higher level through internal task forces and working groups.
Mission
Deliver successful client experiences through strategic, timely and accurate responses to internal and external requests. Proactively grow your clients to work toward ODC revenue goals. Viewed as highly knowledgable in client experience and product strategy.
Responsibilities
Focus is 70% client/agency interaction / 30% internal
Educate clients on how best to leverage ODC audience and contextual offerings to deliver successful campaign metrics
Serve as client go-to and expert, providing timely & accurate responses to RFPs, inclusive of creative and strategic recommendations
Partner with peers in Sales and Account Services to facilitate best in class customer service for our clients, ensuring SLAs are hit and campaigns are successful
Deepen agency partnership and engagement through proactive product enhancement, upsell tactics and insights
Understand ODC’s offerings deeply to develop and execute projects such as:
o Strategic Targeting recommendations (audience and context)
o Insightsdevelopment to supplement recommendations
o Day to day client communication and needs
- Internal contribution to team task forces and/or team education opportunities. Consistent up-sharing and cross-sharing of successful tactics and strategies.
Key Skills & Attributes
4years of relevant industry experience to team
2 years in client-facing role (client, agency, platform and/or data provider)
1 year experience in ODC related products such asBlueKaiand/or Grapeshot
Ability to learnand understand the onlineadvertising world (e.g.ad serving,adexchanges, ad networks) platforms and trends (e.g.desktop, mobile, video)
Abilityto be sales driven through presentations, demonstrations, and written communication.
Presentation skills with the ability to help identify key stakeholders to help drive the business forward
Executes well on verbal and written communication skills: analysis, positioning, closing techniques
Previous experience in a vertical sector such as (but not limited to) CPG, Retail, Auto, Financial Services, and Pharma.
Works well in ateamenvironment, whilebeing humble and striving for improvement; operates with optimistic tenacity and a client-first approach
