Mercury Systems Stock & Treasury Analyst III in Andover, Massachusetts

Job Summary: Be a critical member of the treasury team within a fast-growing publicly traded technology company with global operations. You will be responsible for the preparation and reconciliation of all aspects of stock compensation reporting for the company along with some ancillary functions related to the treasury and payroll departments. Job Responsibilities: * Prepare monthly and quarterly journal entries relating to company equity, treasury, and payroll functions. * Prepare monthly and quarterly account reconciliations related to stock compensation and other treasury related accounts. * Collaborate with finance, payroll, and tax teams to manage stock-based compensation accounting and tax reporting. * Working with finance and HR with forecasting and valuation assessments on a monthly and quarterly basis for integration into business forecasts. * Prepare equity reports for internal and external stakeholders, including financial reporting, proxy statements, and 10-K filings. * Coordinate with external advisors on calculating and updating performance factors related to various performance stock units. * Work with external and internal auditors, providing explanations, walkthroughs, and support as requested. * Assistance with payroll related tasks, particularly around timecards and bi-weekly payroll processing. Required Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Typically requires 3+ years of experience in equity-based compensation, stock administration, accounting, or related field. * Strong Excel skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments and job levels. Preferred Qualifications: * Costpoint and ADP experience. * Knowledge of various equity award types (RSU, PSU, ESPP, etc.) preferred. * Experience with equity compensation management platforms (Fidelity Stock Plan Services) preferred. * Experience in a publicly traded company with SEC reporting requirements is preferred.
