Cambridge Isotope Laboratories has an exciting opportunity to join our Operations & Logistics team as an Order Documentation Assistant based onsite in our Andover, MA location. The Order Documentation Assistant, under general supervision, performs a variety of tasks to help ensure timely and accurate documentation flow and on-time product shipment.


  • Print documentation for sales orders

  • Includes, but is not limited to: pick tickets, Certificate of Analysis (COA), Certificate of Origins (COO), Safety Data Sheets, and Safety Labels

  • Scan COAs/SDSs/related shipping documents for international orders

  • Back up for End of Day report to ensure all orders ship on time

  • Receptionist for Andover facility

  • Answer telephone calls and direct them to appropriate staff member(s)

  • Greet guests upon arrival and direct them to the appropriate staff member(s)

  • Back up to scanning production releases, commercial invoices, pick tickets, and other O&L documentation to appropriate team member

  • Back up to scanning and linking closed PSOs and production jobs

  • Perform other related O&L duties and responsibilities as may be required, and actively promote continuous improvement


  • Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of experience in a similar role

  • Solid computer, organizational, and communication skills required

  • Ability to follow tasks through to completion with a high attention to detail and the ability to multitask to meet multiple and changing deadlines

  • Friendly, courteous demeanor

Pharmaceutical companies have begun to investigate deuteration of molecules that may provide advantages over their existing nondeuterated counterparts. In addition, increasing research into the potential medical advantages of new deuterated drugs is also occurring. In high technology, deuterated organic molecules and deuterium gas are commonly used in the manufacturing of microelectronics and OLEDs, which contribute to the increased lifetime of the devices.
