Job Description SummaryThe Digital Health Global Launch Program Manager role requires a talented individual with proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy, planning and program execution. Reporting to the Head of Operations, this role will also work closely with Product Strategy, Engineering, Operations and Regional Marketing teams to develop a plan and drive program activities that lead to successful launches of Digital Health products in different countries and to ensure clear and timely communication of global program strategy, implementation plans and program progress.

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and drive the planning and execution of processes for the Digital Health products across multiple countries/region(s)

  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional team meetings (agendas, minutes, tracking actions, etc.)

  • Coordinate and drive effective communication across functions in varied geographic locations (Engineering, Marketing/Commercial teams, Operations, Regulatory, Quality, Security, etc.)

  • Develop project plans and coordinate with project and extended team members, assuring alignment on the strategy and appropriate resourcing required of project execution

  • Develop program metrics to align with stakeholders; metrics will ensure transparency and accountability of supporting efforts

  • Manage program risk through comprehensive mitigation assessment and planning techniques

  • Work closely with Digital Health leadership to set clear direction on requirements to meet expectations of internal/external customers and business stakeholders.

  • Work closely with Country and Region based functions (regulatory, marketing, legal)

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required

  • A minimum of 5 years of project management experience; 3 years of program management

  • PMP Certification preferred;

  • Experience managing programs in a regulated industry preferred;

  • Experience with global initiatives required;

  • Demonstrated experience using standard program management tools and software including integrated development plans, timelines, risk management, and budget development and monitoring

  • Strong skills in MS Office programs; MS Project or equivalent

  • Excellent communication and organization skills; consistently high level of professional communication required

  • Organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated individual;

  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic, collaborative and matrix environment;

  • Management and leadership of complex projects

  • Excellent facilitation interpersonal skills including negotiation, conflict resolution, cultural awareness, managing meetings and group dynamics

  • Ability to provide insight into complex program interdependencies and assist in providing related budget and resource impact

  • Ability to identify key priorities, align strategic and tactical plans and motivate cross-functional teams and drive effective partnerships across function

  • International and domestic travel as required.
