Schneider Electric Digital Asset Management Strategic Technology Partnership Manager in Andover, Massachusetts
Schneider Electric is implementing several actions, think tanks and working groups aiming at developing new products and services offers based on digital capability and channels. The Services Business Unit is very active with the definition, creation and implementation of Asset Performance Management business which will be handled by its Digital Asset Management (DAM) team.
The Strategic Technology Partnership Manager will report to the Head of the Innovation, Strategic Marketing, Analytics and Platform development and will work in close collaboration with the DAM worldwide teams.
This individual main mission will be to be to work with the Strategic Marketing Leader to strengthen our competitive intelligence and to develop then manage the implementation of technology partnerships in a structured approach. The main areas of focus include: (1) sensors and predictive technologies, (2) analytics, (3) connectivity and (4) industrial asset management services.
With the Strategic Marketing Leader, identify key strategic alliances and partners (technology, business) to broaden value proposition, accelerate deployment, lower connectivity costs and enter adjacent markets
Maintain and update the strategic technology partners database as well as associated documents.
Contribute to the partner research and due diligence following SE internal processes.

- English fluency a MUST.
4 year College/University degree or equivalent experience or equivalent Technology Partnership Management experience. MBA a strong plus.
5-10 of relevant work experience preferably in strategy, strategic marketing, alliance and M&A
Demonstrated ability to launch innovative solutions.
Accountable, self-motivated and proactive.
Ability to adapt and perform in a fast moving and often-changing environment.
Passionate about emerging predictive and analytic technologies
Understanding of life-cycle of electrical distribution infrastructure, service and maintenance value proposition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable executing in a global team.
Schneider Electric basic product knowledge preferred (MV circuit breaker, transformer, LV circuit breaker, smart panels, secure power and power quality equipments).
