We are looking for a results-oriented Capabilities Development Manager to support the development and roll-out of HPEFS product and service capabilities. This individual contributor role will be focused on managing complex internal and intercompany projects designed to enhance our Asset Management portfolio of products/services, and to differentiate HPEFS in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works across regions/geographies and WW teams to manage multi-faceted projects designed to further develop asset management capabilities and associated processes

  • Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities that drive continuous growth of the HPEFS services business

  • Manage key strategic partners with the goal of enhancing our Asset Management portfolio of product/service capabilities

  • Leverage data sources and analytics capabilities to develop and execute campaigns with the goal of generating incremental growth

  • Develops and maintains HPEFS product and services knowledge, becomes SME for HPEFS services LOB

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum BA or BS in technology or business related field

  • 5-10+ years of IT industry experience in the technology industry required

  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Services industry is required, including delivery, break/fix and managed services

  • Strong expertise and depth in market-wide IT industry trends (e.g. Cloud, Digitization, consumption models)

  • Outstanding relationship-building skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to excel as both an individual contributor and as a member of a team

  • Strong project management skills - demonstrated ability to coordinate projects across functional teams, including technical, operations, sales and business development

  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
