CareMore Health is looking for a Strategic Business Development Director to grow our Touch program. The Touch program started in 2007 and is our Institutional Special Needs Programs (ISNP) that has grown to support more than 6000 members, residing in more than 1000 long term care communities. Our operations span 6 states in 2019, expanding to more in 2020. Much like CareMore’s other innovative programs, the Touch program is set up to solve some of the countries most complicated and highest risk healthcare cases. You would be responsible for establishing key B2B relationships with new and existing skilled nursing facilities (SNF) and long term carecommunities (AL - assisted living facilities). Thisexciting opportunity would have responsibilities from coast to coast, involving identification of partners, data strategizing, contracting, and implementing the relationship. You will work closely with the implementation leaders and cross functional teams to navigate across SNF departments and corporate teams for each implementation. Post implementation you would be the relationship manager aiming to achieve our membership growth goals and will address any issues that may need to be resolved associated with the implementation.
Responsible for business unit strategic planning and customer insight work.
Primary duties to include but are not limited to:
Understands all aspects of the business and partners with executive leadership to define strategy and successful criteria for the future.
Translates strategy into defined tactics programs/projects priorities and timelines and ensures alignment and attainment of enterprises strategic plans to turn strategy into reality.
Documents strategic priorities such as external environment and reports on customer insight research initiatives.
Builds and leverages relationships to provide innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Proposes opportunities to improve results based on continuous needs assessment.
Responsible for the development implementation and monitoring of line of business planning and project activities.
Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field; 10 years of leadership/management experience in healthcare business and analysis with experience in project management including a 3-5 year strategic plan with corresponding tactical plans; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Master's degree preferred.
Ability to travel may be required.
