JOB POST CREATED FOR SPECIFIC JOB SEEKER AMHERST OEI Engagement Coordinator Job Summary Reporting to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Strategic Outreach & Engagement, and an integral part of a dynamic team, the OEI Engagement Coordinator coordinates all programs and initiatives under the engagement branch of the Office of Equity & Inclusion (OEI). This position handles all aspects of planning and logistics for high-profile OEI events, programs, and initiatives in the interest of enhancing the universities responsiveness to inclusion needs on campus. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, Experience, Certifications, Licensure) Bachelor\'s degree with one (1) year of experience in project or event management. Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to independently prioritize and work on several projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience serving a large, culturally diverse population. Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, accessibility, and justice.
