Reporting to the EVP of Marketing, the Sr. Manager of Content & SEO will work cross-functionally with Invaluable’s Marketing, Product and Engineering teams to lead SEO initiatives and drive organic growth at scale. The ideal candidate will be experienced in technical, product-led SEO and SEO-driven content strategy. This position requires strong analytical and technical abilities combined with the excellent communication skills needed to bring SEO-driven ideas to life in a fast-paced organization.

Analyze opportunity and develop vision and strategy for SEO across the organization to build brand awareness, acquire new customers, and generate revenue
As the in-house SEO thought leader, stay current on trends and latest developments and effectively communicate them to stakeholders
Identify on-page and product driven SEO opportunities, driving the road map for SEO related site changes and associated ROI
Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to execute on SEO tactics within the organizational roadmap
Lead the SEO content strategy for the organization
Lead any external SEO relationships effectively and collaborate with internal teams to build strategies that drive growth
Effectively communicate results and opportunities to executive-level stakeholders across the organization
Desired Skills and Experience:
4-6 years of hands-on SEO and content strategy experience
A passion for SEO and demand generation
Experience managing large, technically complex websites
Expert experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry standard tools (e.g. SEMRush, Botify, DeepCrawl, Screaming Frog etc.)
Strong technical SEO, data analytics and strategy background
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and effectively collaborate with different teams to drive SEO success within an organization
