Customer Relations Manager

Position Summary: Responsible for providing oversight for Call Center, Face to Face, and Outreach Ambassador program, and developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience.

Education: Associates of Science Degree in Nursing or health related field required, Bachelor's preferred. Licensed to practice in MA.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a homecare/healthcare environment preferred. Minimum 2 years of management experience. Knowledge and understanding of CMS Face to Face Encounter regulations. Excellent customer service and critical thinking skills.
