PUMA North America, Inc. Women's Account Marketing Manager in Westford, Massachusetts

Bonus if you can run a sub 12 second 100 meters. Because yeah, everything is fast here and our Pumacats need to keep up. Owning this position means:

  • Develop comprehensive integrated marketing plans for all Fenty launches aligning all communication channels, including traditional advertising, ambassador maximization, PR, digital, social media, seeding strategies and consumer activations

  • Lead the overall account marketing strategies and plans for the Department Stores, Family and National Shoe chains distribution channels – this includes accounts such as Bloomingdales, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Barney’s, DSW and Shoe Carnival.

  • Work cross-functionally within the company’s marketing, product, sales, finance and customer service departments to execute women’s and account marketing plans

  • Manage and lead team members who are responsible for day to day account marketing efforts against channels of responsibility

  • Provide guidance on consumer facing outreach across media, PR and social media via Central marketing team for Fenty and relevant account marketing efforts

  • Drive the sell-in strategy and tool development for seasonal initiatives relative to channels of responsibility

  • Manage marketing budgets for channel and brand efforts associated with responsibilities

  • Continually maintain an awareness of consumer trends and provide unique and creative solutions using this knowledge to reach our target demographic

  • Represent the brand and utilize the PUMA 4Keys (Fair, Honest, Positive, Creative) in all decisions, actions, processes and practices

  • BA/BS required

  • 6-8 years of marketing or agency experience

  • Excellent budget management and organization skills

  • Very strong presentation and public speaking skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage projects on challenging timelines

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a global organization

  • Strong computer skills, with knowledge of basic MS Office programs

  • Proven ability to work independently and multi-task

  • Creativity and ability to think out of the box

  • Entrepreneurial spirit and energy

  • Understanding of consumer based marketing programs

  • Ability to manage a team successfully

  • Experience with account marketing of a national account

  • Ability to work independently with a diverse group

  • Must be detail oriented, resourceful, self-motivated, self-confident and proactive

  • Strong passion for sports and athletes
