Randstad in partnership with The Bose Corporation are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join Bose's America?s team on a contract basis in Framingham, MA. The Bose Corporation is obsessed with what matters most - the little details that make a big difference and the big details that astonish and innovate. The purpose of this role is to take ownership of in-market retail activation across a set of resellers, and plan activation across resellers to drive capture rate and in-store conversion. This will be a Contractor role for 8 months beginning in June, 2017.
In this role, you will be responsible for Trade/Retail Marketing activation within the following authorized Bose reseller channels & partners:
Customer Experience Program (CEP) Showrooms
Bose Custom Solutions (BCS)
Working hours: Standard Business Hours
Working closely with the Bose account teams for each of the above businesses to optimize allocated TM dealer funds, this position will be responsible for TM planning and execution across these diverse businesses. As the Bose marketing expert, this role will be responsible for:
Developing and executing the most effective online/digital and in-store marketing plans to deliver revenue targets;
Effectively building and maintaining relationships and fostering Bose advocacy and mindshare with our reseller partners;
Employing a "test and learn" approach, this position will also be responsible for identifying, testing, measuring and reporting on appropriate new initiatives to drive the Bose business at these resellers.
Bachelor's degree required in Marketing or related discipline
Minimum of 7 years related Marketing experience. Experience in Trade/Retail Marketing, preferably in a consumer product or marketing services environment, preferred.
Strong understanding of omni-channel trends that drive traffic, conversion, advocacy and loyalty
Experience in developing and executing omni-channel trade marketing plans
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy of data
Ability to simultaneously manage multiple, diverse businesses and appropriately balance time amongst multiple internal customers
Strong communication skills - presentation, verbal and written - and the ability to communicate and collaborate with colleagues at all levels, including senior leadership, account management team, reseller team and other external business partners
Ability to work as part of team and build solid working relationships
Analytical orientation with the ability to offer insight to recognize trends and course-correct activities as needed
Ability to continuously seek innovative ways to streamline work and processes
Limited domestic travel may be required (10%)
