POSITION SUMMARY

Aetna's brand promise: You don't join us, we join you. The Sr. Marketing Coordinator will connect all Care Services Marketing initiatives focused on bringing that brand promise to life. You will create a consistent value proposition and story for all Care Services, including Aetna's Care Model transformation, Aetna One Advocacy, Teladoc, 2nd Opinion Service, and any other new care products. In addition to these product integration responsibilities, you will lead the strategic marketing for Aetna's Teladoc offering and vet the strategic marketing needs for new services being considered for development.

Sr. Marketing Coordinator: Product Integration, New Products & Planning

Product value proposition integration. Galvanize a common understanding of Care Services value proposition, and articulate a differentiated value proposition for each audience (e.g., members, plan sponsors, brokers, colleagues, providers, etc.)

Strategic partnership. Collaborate with external vendors, such as Teladoc, to develop strategic marketing plans for non-proprietary services. This will include value propositions, content calendars, pitch decks, and member engagement strategies. Validate that behavior change hypotheses, messaging, and engagement tactics all connect back to the business objective and consumer need. Champion the Aetna brand to ensure harmony with our overall brand promise and avoid portfolio fragmentation.

Marketing innovation. Ensure new products introduced to Care Services marketing adhere to Aetna's brand promise. Support early stage marketing needs in the product development lifecycle including market assessment and consumer interest.

Marketing team champion. Connect peers within the Marketing organization to apply our greatest strengths to a product. Partners include Brand, the Internal Agency, Local Marketing, Consumer Engagement, Analytics, Intelligence, Digital Technology.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

3-5 years of relevant strategic marketing experience. Adept at keeping a broad perspective and influencing decision makers. Interest in consumer health engagement. Modern marketer comfortable with digital and creative. Experience creating end-to-end, data-driven marketing plans that delivers results. A+ Powerpoint and storytelling skills.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
