ME Digital Implementation Manager will be responsible for implementation of SF Marketing Cloud for Medicare. The SF Marketing Cloud will enable the deployment of the ExactTarget campaign management for Email /Text digital member journeys.

ME Digital Implementation Manager will also Improve the discover, shop, buy member journey experience (including digital modules and Broker ASCEND modules).

Marketing MX Digital Strategy will work with systems, information and technology architects to leverage enterprise solution roadmaps and develop comprehensive Medicare solution roadmaps that enable leading edge member engagement capabilities.

Responsibilities include directing the implementation of Aetnas Medicare member experience digital strategies that are focused on improving the consumer experience.

Fundamental Components:

Implementation of SF Marketing Cloud for Medicare. Utilize SF Marketing Cloud capabilities to support Medicare Specific CRM path to support a 360 degree view of member preferences & communication.

Constructing roadmaps to detail out the steps necessary to transition to the future state architecture for SalesForce for Medicare.

Development and implementation of Email /Text Strategy mapped to digital journeys

Journey mapping for DSB and resolve experience gaps.

Improve discover, shop, buy member experience (digital modules and Broker ASCEND modules). Sales & marketing program enhancements for the discover, shop, buy including enhanced Plan Education and Broker tools.

Support the SalesForce Service Cloud (JV only) as a pilot capability for JV CSR tool for content management.

Medicare digital support of Brand strategy and communication protocols.

Effectively communicating the strategic digital architecture throughout the Medicare & Enterprise organizations.

Governing implementation projects and their conformance to standards and roadmaps


Experience with enterprise-wide and/or cross-functional large scale initiatives with high degree of complexity.

Demonstrated experience successfully implementing change in complex organizations.

Demonstrated relationship management skills at the senior levels within an organization and external constituents.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

WFH and travel to Wellesley as required


Experience with Business Architecture and/or Digital Architecture is required.

Knowledge of web, mobile, interactive voice response, and multi-platform and hybrid architectures, development processes, and e-Commerce/CRM business processes.

Knowledge of analytic functions and data lake / data warehouse architectures and technologies that are required for modern insight capabilities.

Digital savvy: The ability to understand not just digital channels from an execution standpoint, but how digital informs and can sometimes transform the products we offer Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage program and Star Ratings

Understanding of Medicare business and economic dynamics

Proven record of developing and deploying highly impactful member engagement tactics

Proven record of identifying, scoping and implementing complex change management initiatives across a large, matrix organization

Proven record of strategically partnering with wide variety of stakeholders medical directors, quality management & reporting, pharmacy, provider network, operations, product, sales, marketing, compliance, legal

Demonstrate a good understanding of new technologies and technological trends and how they relate to fulfilling business capabilities.

Healthcare, Insurance/Financial Services, or e-Commerce industry knowledge desired
