The Digital Strategy Team is reinventing Aetna's digital presence to deliver a seamless experience to the communities we serve across our web properties, mobile apps and social media channels. We shape digital strategy and deliver breakthrough results for Aetna s various Lines of Business by partnering closely with the Marketing leaders who serve them. We make it easy to accelerate execution of Aetna s highest priority digital initiatives by leveraging the rich portfolio of capabilities available across the enterprise. This team is part of the Marketing Technology and Digital Experience group within Aetna Marketing. This group will provide digital enablement, marketing technology, and development expertise to unlock the potential of digital channels and increase cost-effectiveness of our channels.
The Role – Digital Strategy & Governance Manager
Own the Digital Strategy & Governance function and manage the intake process for new digital initiatives in support of Aetna's full digital footprint across web properties, mobile apps and social media presence Develop & disseminate guidelines regarding digital standards and policies in partnership with functional experts, but serving as primary single point of contact Partner closely with Digital Strategy managers to accelerate the launch of new digital initiatives through coordination of cross-functional compliance Pro-actively identify opportunities for rationalizing Aetna's digital footprint (driven in part by other Enterprise Initiatives) and work closely with cross-functional partners to sunset properties at end of their lifecycle Define and maintain the various tools supporting the Digital Governance & Intake processes (Quickbase Inventory, AetNet Intranet front-end) Partnering closely with internal and external partners seeking data about our digital asset inventory
7+ years marketing experience Ability to build deep working relationships with professionals from various functional backgrounds Excellent time management skills and attention to detail Experience project managing new initiatives in highly-matrixed corporate environments Passion for/experience with emerging digital technology in the context of
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
