Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health Program Director - STARR Webster in Webster, Massachusetts

Calling all Behavioral Health Program Directors!! We are looking for an exceptional, experienced individual, to manage our STARR program in the Webster area.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for the daily operation, quality, integrity, shift scheduling and financial success of community based latency aged STARR program.

  • Provides direction/supervision to a variety of direct care staff/supervisory staff to ensure best practice guidelines are being followed.

  • Responsible for the effective upkeep of the program site and adherence to state licensing requirements.

  • Participates in the on call rotation

  • Works in conjunction with the program clinical team to ensure effective and meaningful youth programming and integrity to program models.

  • Actively participates as member of the STARR management team in ongoing program development projects and program discussion/review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in related field.

  • Five years of increasing supervisory responsibility and experience in a child welfare, behavioral health or social service setting.

  • Expereince with Short term assessment programs preferred.
