The B to B Marketing and Client Engagement team is growing! We are looking for you to come join us as a Product Marketing Manager! As a Product Marketing Manager you will help establish and communicate the value proposition of Bright Horizons’ many employer services, develop engaging content that helps Bright Horizons stand apart from other providers, and provide responsive messaging support for marketing campaigns and specific client needs.

When you join as the Product Marketing Manager please bring with you experience developing collateral and sales tools for a broad portfolio of services, as well as experience with providing effective materials for time-sensitive sales opportunities. We would also like you to be able to capture the quantitative and qualitative impacts of a new program as you will directly support efforts to maximize Bright Horizons’ visibility in the employer market and contribute to a broad range of marketing initiatives in support of growth goals.

What you will be doing:

  • Monitor trends shaping the employee benefits market and respond with new messaging, research, and campaign materials that keep Bright Horizons top of mind with potential buyers

  • Relate Bright Horizons to a broad range of organizational concerns, industry settings, and buyer profiles

  • Track market news on an ongoing basis, and share relevant industry and competitor developments with internal stakeholders

  • Drive crisp and consistent messaging across the full spectrum of employer-facing media – including, but not limited to, website copy, video, email outreach, discussion guides, webinar and conference presentations, and sales decks

  • Present to, and facilitate conversions with, internal and external stakeholders, including clients and partners

  • Develop campaign materials for digital and live events that yield measurable engagement with attendees in our addressable market

  • Adapt messaging and content development in response to campaign metrics, growth strategies, and stakeholder guidance

  • Report on the demand generation and growth outcomes of B2B marketing investments

  • Co-manage and refine a library of presentations and client success stories that illustrate the value delivered by Bright Horizons services

  • Create positioning tools and launch communication plans for new and updated Bright Horizons services

  • Direct and manage research initiatives that uncover new insights about HR strategy and people practices

  • Relevant BA/MS/MA degree desired

  • 4+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the enterprise B2B space

  • Experience developing product collateral and messaging that directly supports marketing campaigns

  • Adept at managing tight timelines, competing priorities, and projects that span multiple departments

  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships internally and externally, including with client and partner organizations

  • Willingness to lead or facilitate product trainings and related sessions with participants from numerous internal teams

  • Demonstrated success developing campaigns that measurably generate interest in a product or service

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Skilled public speaker, comfortable presenting to peers and external audiences

  • Analytical thinker, capable of assessing how marketing efforts contribute to opportunity creation and organizational growth

  • Proficient in marketing automation and CRM systems for campaign development and reporting
