We are currently seeking a full-time “ Sr.Marketing Manager Americas” (Downstream). This Position will work with sales management to define, implement and manage BVI’s field marketing initiatives for the Americas (US/Canada/Latin America). This individual is responsible for the creation, development and execution of programs to help drive sales growth and support business initiatives in the US, Canada, and Latin America. This individual will lead new product/service launches, as well as provide input for new product innovation to the organization. The Sr. Marketing Manager will also provide ongoing market assessments, competitive landscape analyses, as well as identify new sources for growth. This role reports into the Vice President of Global Marketing. Located In Waltham Ma.
Create, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and effective sales tools for the Americas region.
Create clear, effective, and targeted messaging to customers to drive revenue
Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products/services and monitor post launch performance ensuring goals are met.
Contribute to business strategy planning and development
Identify new product / service opportunities that will drive top-line growth.
Conduct and analyze relevant and required market research and recommend appropriate course of action.
Manage all downstream marketing activities within specified budgets/timelines
Drive new hire product training program, as well as ongoing training/development for existing commercial organization. Develop & manage downstream marketing team (currently 1 head).
Bachelor's degree is required (MBA preferred) 5-10 years’ experience in Medical Device marketing or equivalent .Minimum 5 years’ experience in downstream marketing. Experience developing turnkey marketing activities and lead generation programs. Strong project and people management skills. Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. Demonstrated excellence in launching new products. Experience with CRM. Proven ability to meet deadlines under pressure. Proven effective verbal / written communication skills. Self- Motivated.
ADDITIONALLY: Willingness to travel as needed (up to 35%), including some international travel. Capability to address various audiences and communicate well Bias for action, results-oriented, and an agile learner
