Fresenius Medical Center Sr. Manager, Marketing Database Operations in Waltham, Massachusetts

PURPOSE AND SCOPE:

Manages marketing operations integration and readiness as it relates to campaign software tools, data management, third party vendor on-boarding, data preparation and readiness for analytics activities. Reviews and writes functional business requirements. Establishes the process to integrate core data elements (clinic information, HCP partner data, patient data, employee data, and HCP prospect data) into the marketing database. Manages the operations of campaign design and execution.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads flawless communications to core business pillars (Patients, Providers, Clinics, and Employees).

  • Delivers data driven insights that enable optimized campaigns.

  • Recommends campaign tool best practices, demonstrating the ability to think creatively and strategically.

  • Works alongside Marketing, Marketing Research, and CX partners to meet partner(s) data and campaign needs.

  • Works alongside appropriate operations executives to maintain the multi-channel marketing campaign database and business rules engine leveraging key data assets (Clinics, HCPs, Employees and Patients).

  • Establishes and adheres to standard processes for execution of multichannel campaigns.

  • Establishes channels of communication with the team members and ensure team is fully aware of any changes in agreed upon approach or deliverables.

  • Leads integration of data (inbound and outbound) from various internal customer master and third party sources for various channels, including call center, sales, website, direct mail etc.

  • Designs and monitors quality assurance practices.

  • Establishes and monitors procedures to ensure security and confidentiality of all data.

  • Provide technical guidance.

  • Assist with various projects as assigned.

  • Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISION:

Responsible for the direct supervision of various levels of marketing staff.

EDUCATION :

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Science or related field required; Advanced Degree desirable

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 6 – 8 years’ experience of successfully managing and leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.

  • 3+ years’ supervisory or project/program management experience preferred.

  • Marketing operations, campaign management tool experience required

  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare marketing and business processes.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience working with business/marketing clients.

  • Strong technical understanding of Marketing Operations tools, including Campaign Management.
