The Key Account Program Manager will be responsible for supporting our Key Account Managers and report into the Vice President of Customer Experience Operations. He/she plays an invaluable role in Program Management working closely with the Key Account Managers to support the delivery of strategically designed training, marketing, nurture campaign deployment, reporting, analytics and ongoing implementation and roll out of plans designed to support Key Accounts. You will be the linchpin that coordinates internal resources in support of the Key Account Managers efforts for our most coveted customers. Work with internal stakeholders to program and project manage a well-designed plan to support the execution of technology integration, product training, marketing awareness campaigns, executive briefing and roundtables, and ongoing executive level interactions within Key Accounts.

•Creatively address internal challenges, barriers, and problems in support of the needs of Key Account Managers

•Keep thorough records, and reporting, of all customer program commitments

•Program manage in collaboration with Marketing, Customer Support, Sales Operations and Finance team to ensure seamless execution of committed deliverables

Qualifications: Desired Skills and Experience

•7+ years of relevant work experience

• Strong project and program management experience

•Proven ability to build, develop and maintain a wide number of internal business relationships

•A self-starter, highly organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively, and efficiently

•Excellent presentation skills – comfortable and credible dealing with a diverse audience.

•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

•Strong working knowledge of IT infrastructure

•Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as a general understanding of a CRM system. (Salesforce.com, SalesLogix or similar.)

•Been in a client facing/sales & service org role in the past

•Experience working with senior level executives – clear & concise communicator

•Self-motivated & resilient; proven experience working in unchartered territory – starting something from nothing.

•Technical acumen; involved in technical integrations

•Ability to access/assimilate data & develop into presentation format.

•Highly detailed oriented – proven project management skills

•Extrovert/Not Shy – friendly, collaborative, but capable of calling people out when not delivering as planned

•Ideal candidate would have worked for 2-3 different companies to see how customer experience has been approached/realized

•Invest in a “Leader” that we can leverage beyond the current structure…someone who we can take on more as we grow.

•Planning for 80% behind the scenes on logistics/planning
