Cisco Cloudlock is looking for a rockstar head of demand generation to drive pipeline and revenue in the Cloudlock Business Group within Cisco. In this role, you will work closely with Cloudlock marketing, sales, and customer success departments, as well as other Cisco Security teams, to impact Cloudlock’s sales success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define the overall revenue marketing strategy including budgets, programs and personnel.

  • Manage execution and performance of of the entire lead-to-revenue funnel, including key lead generation programs, including inbound, paid, and database nurture.

  • Provide leadership and direction to the demand generation team.

  • Manage and analyze results of all programs, providing monthly and quarterly reporting on the return on marketing investment and key conversion metrics.

  • Initiate and drive cross-departmental campaigns for both prospects and customers, introducing Cloudlock to internal Cisco and Cisco Security customers.

  • Work closely with Cloudlock marketing and other Cisco security marketing teams to design and execute global campaigns.

  • Implement Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, leveraging Infer and other marketing solutions.

  • Work closely with sales to educate them on lead programs, provide guidance on follow up, and ensure accurate lead management in Salesforce.com.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years of demand generation in a B2B technology company

  • Experience managing budgets and measuring ROI

  • Experience as a people manager a strong plus

  • Marketing systems such as Marketo, Salesforce and other tools are a must

  • Attention to detail, analytical skills and creativity are musts

  • Strong written skills are mandatory

  • Experience managing cross-departmental campaigns
