We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Marketing Manager.
The Associate Marketing Manager plays a critical role in supporting Global Marketing and Product Management. This position is responsible for organization, logistics, budget management, delivery support, lead management received at tradeshows, help drive corporate or assigned messages through shows, assist with marketing campaign execution, prepare and distribute required monthly reporting and general sales and marketing support activities as assigned. This person will also lead the Digital Marketing initiative for BVI ensuring proper and regular communication to all surgeons to ensure brand recall and product effectiveness. This individual works with the Marketing organization to include product marketing, sales, and marketing communications. This individual maintains tracking system and inventory of promotional materials, provides on-going support, and works with vendors. Manages special projects as assigned.
- Drive logistics for national and regional/local trade shows as well as workshops and wetlabs. Send out show supplies before the show and unpack them after the show. Organize and plan tradeshow related activities within budget and time. In addition: Digital Marketing strategy and associated projects for BVI. Other Marketing & Sales projects as required.
Required: 1-3 years of Marketing or related work experience and a Bachelor's degree. (Strongly prefer someone with Marketing or Business degree ), also someone with Project Management experience.
The work environment will be in a business office environment, with frequent access to sample closet, literature library, and shipping/receiving department. Must have strong English language skills (spoken and in writing; excellent grammar and attention to details. Able to stand up to 4 hours or more on occasion; able to lift up to 40 lbs. Domestic U.S. based travel and international travel by airplane 2-6 times per year to tradeshows and meetings as required.
