Your Challenge:

The Market Development Manager (MDM) will support the profitable sales growth of Population Health Management solutions North America with a focus on targeted segments within the Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Today, given the shift from volume to value-based care, payers and providers look to improve clinical outcomes and reduce total cost of care by leveraging actionable population data in the aggregate to identify trends and at the patient level to allow early, proactive care interventions. This means it’s imperative that the MDM interprets market research and gleans customer insight to identify and quantify solution and market opportunities for the PHM business to pursue. Not only provide insight into solution development but also aide in the development of connected value propositions and positioning statements for our IDN customers. The MDM will play a key role in assessing all aspects of identified business opportunities: market opportunity and readiness, financial models, voice-of-customer, and competitive analysis. The MDM will partner with the PHM Sales team to develop and implement actionable strategies to land new accounts and expand offerings in existing accounts. Finally, the MDM will play a critical role in developing the market by partnering with the BMM to develop and maintain KOL programs.
