MassMutual s Customer Experience Data Analytics team is looking for an experienced, versatile, and motivated Product Manager to drive the development and execution of enterprise business intelligence strategy. In this role, the Product Manager will have the opportunity to design and implement enterprise business intelligence tools, as well as support tactical execution on multiple strategic initiatives aimed at establishing standards and governance across a number of BI products and services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead development of robust enterprise BI governance framework

  • Track metrics on BI tools usage and performance

  • Establish product direction for existing products, including product extensions

  • Communicate and present product solutions to business stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic direction and support of project integration

  • Actively engage internal business partners and external clients to encourage adoption of BI products and services

  • Conduct market and customer research in support of developing BI products and strategy roadmaps

  • Prioritize: Make tough choices, drive the roadmap

  • Evangelize, engage with, and educate technical, business, clients and leadership across the company on BI products

  • Drive the efficient gathering and detailed definition of product requirements

  • Support building of BI training and onboarding process for internal users

  • Create concise documentation materials that support the use and understanding of BI products

  • Support development and implementation of Data Analytics intake and BI support model

Basic Qualifications

  • 5 years experience

  • Bachelor s degree required

  • Authorized to work in the US with or without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master s degree preferred

  • Demonstrated experience with data warehousing, business intelligence and analytics application design

  • Demonstrated experience with problem solving and execution of strategic initiatives

  • Demonstrated experience with architecture and design principles for data integration, data warehousing reporting, dashboards, etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large initiatives simultaneously

  • Project management experience

  • Strong relationship management skills

  • Excellent communications skills e.g. written and spoken
