Oracle Oracle Data Cloud (ODC) - Partner Development, AOL/VZN in Quincy, Massachusetts

Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.

Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.

Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 5 years of related experience. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

Inthis role, you will:

Work closely with the Senior PartnerDevelopment Lead to develop and execute sales strategies for VZW.

-{PS..0}->Work with Oracle Data Cloud (ODC)vertical Client Partners to ensure there is broad knowledge and understanding ofODC products at VZW.

Hold office hours at VZW sheadquarters to develop sales relationships and respond to product and campaignquestions.

-{PS..1}->Identify new opportunities, channels,and work with both companies to win new business for ODC.

Manage the sales and revenue growthof a subset of key verticals.

OurPartner Development candidate will work to develop existing VZW relationshipsand identify opportunities that drive revenue for both sides. By understandingVZW s business and ensuring the marketplace knows our joint capabilities, youwill help solve real world marketing challenges for VZW, brands and agencies.

Thiscritical role reports to the Senior Partner Development Lead and works closelywith members of the partner management team and vertical client partner team.This is not a digital media sales position but an opportunity to interface withall parts of the digital ad-tech ecosystem, acting as the primary evangelistfor ODC products and services available across VZW. Key responsibilities include:

-{PS..2}->Manage relationships with VZW salesorganization, focused on growing revenue

Be a ODC sales person for the VZWsales team and the VZW person for the ODC vertical sales team to build astrategic, mutually beneficial partnership

Understand how to package thesesolutions to support marketing objectives

-{PS..4}->Customize collateral and assetbuilding: Architect solutions and create proposals to meet client needsand drive results

Drive sales and seller education byhosting formal partner trainings and meetings. Be the eyes and ears on theground, delivering feedback to the Partner Management team to prioritizebusiness initiatives with VZW

-{PS..5}->Gather competitive insights andmarket feedback to prioritize internal development at ODC

Build relationships with all salesand data partnership leads as well as key stakeholders internally at ODC

Account Planning: know each salesreps accounts for purpose of prioritizing and driving resources internally toalign with demand

-{PS..7}->Knowing VZW s organization very wellis key, from a technical perspective as well as company structure

Serve as a sales contact for ODC andVZW Sales and Global Marketing

-{PS..8}->Cover and attend Partner clientfacing events

Ensure ODC is represented and ourcontent is pushed at these events by Partners themselves

  • Travel is required 35% of time.

Skills and Qualifications:

-{PS..9}->5 years sales, sales support, orbusiness development experience working with advertising agencies, publishers,or digital media providers (DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, PMDs)

Demonstrated track record in theability to build and grow revenue oriented businesses.

-{PS..10}->Advanced understanding of theInternet and online advertising techniques

Strong understanding of verticalcharacteristics (CPG, Auto, Retail, Tech-Telco, Finance, etc.)

-{PS..11}->Strong understanding of data-driventargeting practices

Strong understanding of both onlineand offline measurement tools and solutions

-{PS..12}->Solid verbal, interpersonal andwritten communication skills with the ability to make executive levelpresentations.
