Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

The Oracle Retail marketing team is looking for a bright, talented Content Marketing Manager to help us tell our story. You'll join a tight-knit team of global marketers who define and deliver our message internal and external digital channels. This includes websites, dynamic landing pages, social media platforms, content syndication programs, and nurture programs. This individual will also conceptualize new digital experiences, formats, and channels through which to tell the Oracle story.
Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience as a diverse writer who is social media savvy and strategic.
The Content Marketing Manager will understand the critical role that content plays within the company and can communicate this to stakeholders across the business. He/she will work closely with designers, analytics experts, and campaign and product strategists to ensure that projects are executed efficiently and deliver the desired results. The Content Strategist will also help manage our content calendar, inventory and global nurture strategy to facilitate programs that span the customer lifecycle.

Develop, draft, and publish original content for Oracle Retail blog
Write/edit engaging short-form and long-form content, such as whitepapers, infographics, blogs, guidebooks, social/advertising copy and dedicated landing pages for demand gen
Collaborate with demand generation and solution management teams to develop content plans that align with each stage of the buyer s journey
Manage content development and design process for digital campaign assets, many in collaboration with the Solution Management Team and Field Marketing team
Measure results and optimize content on an ongoing basis
Define and manage internal communications including organization-wide email communications, monthly internal campaigns newsletter, quarterly internal newsletter, and internal resources site management (Retail Central)
Support PR efforts through research and story development
Proactive, problem-solving skills
6 years in a content role (marketing, editorial, or communications)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills including published writing samples
Knowledge of best practices for content audits and editorial calendars
Strong quantitative, analytical, or statistical skills and demonstrable understanding of content metrics/KPIs
Proven proficiency in social media management platforms content management systems to build, create, edit and distribute content
Ability to interact with all levels of management as well as outside agencies to guide content creation
Knowledge of the Retail industry or past experience at a tech company a plus
Demonstrable proficiency in modern marketing tools and analytics platforms including but not limited to Marketing Automation, Content Marketing, Social Media (e.g., Marketing Business Intelligence dashboards, Eloqua Engage, Eloqua Insight, Oracle SRM).
Strong proficiency in standard MS tools including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Excel for data analysis (e.g., pivot tables, basic formulas).
Basic HTML / Web editing tools
Self-starter and vocal idea contributor
Ability to be both tactical and strategic; excellent trouble-shooting skills required
Excellent verbal/presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple deliverables with simultaneous deadlines in multiple time zones in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and autonomously
