Americas Consulting Sales Go To Market team is looking for a resource to help manage sales programs and initiatives across Consulting. This resource will work with the Director of Sales Strategy supporting strategic programs. Responsibilities include:
Identifies issues/process improvements for workgroup to improve customer experience or productivity.
Assists with development of solutions that are thorough, practical, and consistent with the functional or customer objectives.
Uses sales measurement models and diagnostic tools to help identify sales performance indicators, key areas of opportunity and salesforce training needs.
May analyze or recommend strategic priorities, sales force performance metrics and sales effectiveness tracking methods in order to maintain and improve the company’s competitive advantage in the market.
Utilizes operational support to maximize sales force productivity.
May evaluate and recommend changes in sales incentive plans in line with analyses.
Consulting GTM Specific:
Assist in development of solutions that are align with Sales strategy and initiatives.
Develop and manage communications for Field Sales and Sales Leadership.
Build relationships with Field Sales teams and be available to solicit feedback, offer guidance/direction on various requests.
Represent Consulting within Dell Technologies on GTM activities involving Core, Pivotal, VMWARE, CPSD, and Support and Deploy GTM teams.
Engage with other Consulting organizations such as Marketing, Portfolio, Delivery, and Sales Enablement in support of GTM priorities.
Participate in tracking/communicating progress for various sales initiatives.
Skill sets/Traits should include:
Strong communication (verbal and written) skills.
Confidence and flexibility to prioritize and manage multiple requests/tasks.
Responsive to field and sales leadership.
Experience with PowerPoint and Excel.
Interest in understanding the Consulting Business with a focus on Business Development/Sales growth & performance.
Ability to engage and include various resources on specific sales initiatives.
Program Management mindset to be able to understand a new opportunity and then organize the approach, steps, resources, and timeline to complete.
