Responsibilities

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the Director of Strategic Partnerships and the advertising sales team with local marketing, sales integrations, production requests, and various marketing administrations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate the production and execution of all sponsored integrations with The Hub Today – Track sponsorships, ideate concepts for sponsorship, and manage the production process with the production team

  • Coordinate the planning and implementation of local commercial production requests

  • Manage weekly status report of various commercial production projects for management

  • Coordinate all facets of sponsored contesting and sweepstakes, including serving as liaison with legal department, obtaining official rules and disclaimers, developing contestant entry page on digital site, and prize fulfillment

  • Manage ticket administration and fulfillment for client hospitality at various sporting, entertainment, and industry trade events

  • Communicate with internal departments as necessary to fulfill sales commitments

  • Assist management with client hospitality events throughout the year, including invitations, catering, and other event executions

  • Create and update sales opportunity one-sheets and capability presentations for station initiatives, sponsorship and platforms, and assist in renewal of campaigns

  • Compile and summarize multi-platform campaign recaps for advertisers

  • Help build packages and one-sheets for digital and social platforms

  • Support management with special projects to research new business leads

  • Maintain marketing sales files in portal and other shared platformsLiaise with other O&O marketing planners/coordinators as needed

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel; Photoshop a plus

  • Experience contributing in a team environment

  • Ability to work in deadline-driven environmentWorking knowledge of Spanish language
