This role is located in our Framingham, MA office and involves 25%-50% travel

In this role as a Project Manager II, you will be leading and driving IT projects as a part of the Digital IT Delivery Services Division. You will be leading several projects pertaining to Ecommerce, Mobile and Digital initiatives, interacting daily with business units, managing budgets and leading others to drive results.
TheSkillsthat will Make You Successful
5-10 years’ as a Project Manager with experience leading digital/e-commerce/mobile development projects
Willing to travel 25% - 50%.
Strong presentation skills
Prior budget management experience
MS Project; MS Excel; JIRA
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem solving, critical thinking skills
Very strong organizational, presentation, and business
Great leadership, effective communication, persuasion and negotiation skills
Excellent ability to multi-task and alter direction easily to accommodate changing priorities
Ability to handle large project and/or program workload
Ability to assess project health at defined stage gates and provide critical analysis to support the decision to proceed or not to proceed with the project
Outstanding ability to navigate between the art and science of project management
Excellent knowledge of system development life cycle methodology and project management techniques
Experience with financial, retail, human resource, or logistics systems
You will be developing project or program strategies and enterprise level project plans and ensure they align to the TJX business strategy.
You will be delivering new capabilities that drive business results on one or more medium to large sized, moderately to highly complex IT projects and/or programs from initialization through project close.
You will be assigning and supervising multiple, concurrent tasks and properly assessing priorities of assigned activities and ensure integration of all dependent projects
