Key Responsibilities

  • Lead 8 Enterprise Selling Executives, each representing a territory of standalone hospitals and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs).
  • Develop best practices for pipeline cultivation, customer buy-cycle management, and deal closure.
  • Own financial deal modeling and contracting processes
  • Mentor and develop Sales Executive talent
  • Partner with HSS and Cordis selling organizations for lead generation and buy-cycle assistance
  • Cultivate new markets and channels via internal and external partners
  • Participate in collective strategic planning across all lines of the CIMS organization - Sales, Product, Operations, and Account Management
