responsible for Global Talent Acquisition processes and programs that promote a stellar candidate and hiring manager experience, shares and amplifies our talent brand and leverages market insights to identify and attract top talent. This position will act as a partner to the global TA team to support their readiness and ability to hire the right talent to meet our business needs. Responsibilities:

Talent Brand, Recruitment Marketing, Social Media

  • Plans, builds, implements and assists with driving the talent brand strategy – inside and outside the organization

  • Educates and engages recruiters to tell the Hologic story to promote our talent brand

  • Plays a key role on driving talent brand interests, initiatives and corporate campaigns

  • Promotes our talent brand via numerous social media (and other) channels such as LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Twitter and Facebook managing content, on-going posts

  • Effectively collaborates with our Marketing and Corporate Communications teams to manage social media content calendar and other social initiatives, and to devise Talent Brand campaigns that speak to who we are as a company and fit within our Corporate Branding guidelines

  • Execute Global Employee Referral program campaign

Vendor Management:

Responsible for supporting vendor relationships that support the Talent Acquisition team. This position will ensure the vendors are meeting/exceeding their contractual obligations on a day to day basis.

Relocation:

  • Primary liaison between Hologic (employees, recruiters, managers, HRBPs) and Relocation vendor

  • Responsible for communicating and driving Relocation program initiatives

Global Mobility:

  • Lead support for global corporate expat assignments

  • Primary liaison for all vendors and partnerships

  • Review and update COLA and other internal allowances

Immigration:

  • Primary Liaison with immigration attorney

  • Point of contact for candidates/employees, HRBPs, managers, recruiters on internal process

  • Responsible for communicating and driving immigration policy

The successful candidate must be:

  • Personable, outgoing, and professional in order to build relationships throughout the organization

  • Must be able to assist with multiple projects and initiatives for the Talent Operations team to improve efficiency and effectiveness

  • Must be self-motivated, take initiative and have an analytical mindset

  • Must be accustomed to multi-tasking and meeting multiple, tight deadlines

  • Must be extremely organized, detail oriented and have an eye for detail

  • Be able to evaluate and make judicious decisions based on efficiency and sensibility

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years’ experience

  • Strong Communication skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Ability to analyze data and present programs

  • Excellent work ethic and strong sense of urgency

  • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information

  • Excellent customer service skills, business etiquette
