Development and implementation of business plans, marketing strategy, and forecasts for a product/service or vertical market.
As a product analyst you will participate in every stage of the product life cycle to ensure product meets the needs of users. Drive the implementation of programs in support of the marketing strategy, business plans, and forecasts for assigned product lines. Maintains current status of customer specifications for existing and future products. Identify, evaluate, and recommend marketing opportunities in support of product line objectives. Drive product functionality delivering high quality product documentation. Lead products through scheduled release assisting others to manage commitments and resources. Measure and report progress and review deliverables.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Excellent written and verbal communication. Demonstrated product/project management experience. Thrives in fast paced environment Team player. Experience using or implementing Oracle, SAP, or Peoplesoft applications. 5 years related experience and BA/BS degree in marketing or technical major preferred.

Executive Engagement Manager
/Please Note: This is NOT a technical program management role./
As a member of the Global Customer Programs Executive Engagement team, your focus is to plan and execute effective Oracle top-level executive interactions with our most important customers globally. This involves working closely with the Oracle sales organizations (including sales management, Key Account Directors and other sales team leads, and sales reps) and collaborating with other internal Oracle staff (including executive assistants, regional customer program managers, reference managers, and corporate and field marketing teams) on targeting and implementing executive engagement plans to further joint customer and Oracle objectives.
The ideal candidate is an energetic and enthusiastic individual contributor and team member willing to work in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment. Excellent professional, written and verbal communication skills are required to support high-priority executive initiatives. Strong interpersonal and analytic skills, an intermediate level of proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, and timely management of heavy email and phone call volume are all requirements for this position. Experience in working with sales teams, senior-level company executives and their staff, and customers is a must. Results-oriented project management skills are important. Minimum 5 years technology/marketing/industry or related experience and BA/BS degree is required. Must have flexibility to hold conference calls outside normal business hours with global stakeholders, and ability to travel occasionally when requested.
Analyze, identify and recommend appropriate customers to target for executive engagement
Work with regional customer program teams and sales account teams to proactively qualify the right customers at the right level at the right time for top-level Oracle executives to engage with
Execute on plans including obtaining and reviewing customer nominations for executive engagement, and leading efforts to confirm customer meetings and ensure delivery of executive briefing documents and/or briefing calls
Organize and attend internal account team planning calls and executive briefings, and occasional customer-facing meetings as requested
Organize executive engagement debrief calls with account teams for feedback and next steps, and drive and track follow-up actions for executive and customer
Provide periodic reporting on status of executive engagement follow-up actions and any issues to be resolved
