Development of communication programs to promote Oracle*s products and services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns. Maintain regular interface within the organization and with external suppliers and agencies. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Use professional concepts, company policies, procedures and own creativity handling local campaigns - and arrange sign off with appropriate management level. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Provide support and input when assisting with partner advertising. Manage resources within the terms of project budget. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Five years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across geography, five years experience, within a reputable global agency or major industry leader.

Content Specialist, Content Central
Oracle's Content Central is looking for a key utility player to help connect the dots among content creators, media buyers, social amplifiers, and field marketers. This position will support a nascent digital content marketing function within our editorial team, helping build out the policies, processes, and best practices that ensure Oracle's best content is connecting with opportunities in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated content generalist with a curious mind and desire to build and take ownership of new initiatives. Must be an adept communicator with a temperament that can tolerate (and contribute to) an evolving charter and navigate the ebb and flow of a portfolio of projects. Best suited for a creative mind that is interested in devising new and better ways to build/package/repurpose/distribute digital content, including articles, blip posts, short-form content, and video. Experience with journalism, design, social media, advertising, or enterprise computing preferred.
Put all that together, and the Content Marketing Specialist will need to be a:
Copywriting Enthusiast: Ideal candidate will be able to draft clever copy for a variety of channels-banner ads, social media, email newsletters, info graphics, etc.- based on existing creative and strategy briefs.
Project Historian: Multiple content campaigns will be running simultaneously-ideal candidate will be able to keep project charters up-to-date and reach out to peers who have/need information about progress and results.
Analytics Investigator: Measuring results is key, but so is learning from our successes (and failures). Ideal candidate will be able to identify sources of data and interrogate metrics with precision and curiosity.
Content Megaphone: It's one thing to make great content. Getting people to use it is another thing altogether. Ideal candidate will be responsible for manual and automated ways to make sure stakeholders are aware of relevant content.
3-5 editorial experience, with an emphasis on copy writing for social media
Creative, flexible, and energetic
Good listener and self-starter: you don't have to be told twice!
Sufficient project management skills to stay on top of complex editorial projects
Experience analyzing and interpreting content performance metrics
College or university degree and professional experience in communications, marketing, or journalism
