•Support SaaS releases by translating technical and functional product capabilities into easily understood benefits for release messaging, sales enablement, and marketing programs•Serve as the technical evangelist when developing and staffing webinars and conferences•Generate new content ideas and manage the customer-facing content creation process for assigned products•Develop sales tools such as demo videos, playbooks, FAQs, and presentations to effectively showcase product capabilities
•Bachelor’s Degree required•1-3 years combined experience in product management, product marketing, and/or cloud-based software program management required•Ideal candidate should have proven knowledge of partner integrations, APIs, SaaS, PaaS, etc. (experience with HR tech, analytics, or workforce management is a strong plus)•Ability to articulate product features and benefits that will resonate with HR, IT, and Operations buyers•Comfortable speaking in front of large and small groups, presenting to both internal and external audiences via conference calls, webinars and in-person events•Track-record of a customer-first approach to solving problems as well as experience managing the demands of both sales reps and customers•Strong writing skills required•Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment where assigned tasks and roadmaps change frequently•Capable to work independently and embrace the role of problem solver: identify opportunities for product marketing improvements, develop proposed solutions, and execute with limited guidance Enthusiasm to build a collaborative network across the entire product team, ranging from sales and marketing to product management, implementation and customer success•Willingness to travel approximately 25%#LI-POST
