Verizon Business Operations Manager in Lowell, Massachusetts

What you’ll be doing...

Reporting to the B2B Channel Strategy Director, the team member will manage business operations for the channel strategy team. This dynamic position offers the opportunity to help drive the development of a singular, world-class channel program to serve as a revenue growth engine.

The team member will serve as the primary liaison to cross-functional business operations POCs and will work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales Operation organizations. The Team member will identify, develop and implement new and creative sales/revenue strategies to grow the Channel.

Additionally, the team member will coordinate proactive and reactive development delivery of all executive asks including operations reviews and internal communications. S/he will be responsible for the project-managing deliverables for the team inclusive of managing the team KPIs and scorecard, master calendar, All Hands calls, staff meetings, team training/compliance, and org charts.

What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree or ten or more years of relevant work experience.

  • Experience with the B2B sales lifecycle

  • Knowledge of Verizon Alternate channels/Indirect distribution channels

  • Product lifecycle familiarity

  • Strong leadership skills and excellent written and verbal communications

Even better if you have:

  • Product development/lifecycle knowledge

  • Budget management familiarity

  • SOW and PO development/management

  • Background managing complex/dynamic projects and programs

  • Communications industry background with experience in developing new processes and programs

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Experience managing cross-functional teams

  • Single Point of contact to quickly resolve complex Program problems/escalations to identify, develop and quantify any required corrective actions

  • Telecommunication industry experience.
