The Global Marketing Program Manager (GMPM) plans, designs and supports the execution of worldwide (WW) marketing activities for the Cell Analysis Products Division Marketing Program in Agilent.

In this position, you effectively design the WW marketing programs and execute the global assigned product marketing strategy. You will develop the business case to select the appropriate program tactics with the marketing teams, and report the success of your programs to the WW organization. Together with the Regional MPM team, the Global and Regional Marcom teams & WW product management, you manage and govern all outbound aspects of the Cell Analysis Products Division Marketing Program. This includes cross-sell opportunities with other businesses.

Principle Responsibilities are to:

  • Design Global marketing programs/campaigns to support delivery of targeted results & objectives.

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing and Marcom team to build whole story solutions in outbound customer messaging and to facilitate efficient utilization of resources.

  • Work closely with Regional MPMs to support the strategic execution of programs, with special focus on unique needs of those regions/countries with highest growth potential.

  • Lead quarterly marketing planning/review meeting with business units and regions to ensure strategic and regional goals are met.

  • Manage marketing budget to quarterly targets.

  • Serve as single point of contact for assigned Marketing Program

  • University degree level or equivalent and 5+ years' relevant experience

  • Proven skills in leading/managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.

  • Demonstrated effective organization and planning skills.

  • Strong knowledge of Agilent Cell Analysis products.

  • Experience developing and executing outbound marketing programs to drive demand for new and existing products, as well as, product marketing programs.

  • Proven ability to understand the needs and buying influences of Agilent customers.

  • Ability to communicate effectively through all hierarchical levels in an international, matrix, business environment.

  • Ability to deal with high pressure, visibility and workload; demonstrated business acumen and business analytics skills. Demonstrated results orientation, including developing fact-driven, business goal-focused plans that align with strategic objectives.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral).

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively throughout all hierarchical levels in an international, matrix, business environment.
