Dell Sr Advisor, Partner Program Management in Hopkinton, Massachusetts
The Services Partner Program team within Support and Deploy Services (SDS) is responsible for the development and execution of partner programs that enable profitable growth of services revenue and margin with our Dell EMC Channel partners while ensuring service delivery quality and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key to our Service Partner team is defining and driving subcontracting partner strategy and performance. The subcontracting program team designs and implements business models and global subcontracting programs while driving globally consistent programmatic delivery.
This role will be responsible for providing a Variable, Scalable, and Global Partner Workforce expanding EMC’s Geographic Reach, Bench-strength and Language Diversity.
The main focus areas will include:
Assist in defining global subcontracting partner strategy
Drive partner delivery aligned with global subcontracting strategy and program
Assist in designing innovative subcontracting partner business models to complement DellEMC delivery
Provide subcontracting partner program overview and objectives that complement DellEMC service delivery
Drive the role of strategic partners in global subcontracting delivery
Drive DellEMC transformation initiatives aligned with partner subcontracting
Define business and enablement requirements for subcontracting partner delivery
Drive subcontracting partner contribution to DellEMC standards for customer experience
Provide subcontracting program framework allowing local teams to manage partner enablement readiness, escalation, and delivery.
Accountable for globally consistent Programmatic Delivery within theatre time zones
Accountable for the End-to-End Operational Experience for all subcontracting delivery partners
Evaluate overall results and impact of program strategy through relevant KPIs
Provide proactive and reactive subcontracting program requirements for end to end infrastructure & SPH support
One of the initial key responsibilities will be to ensure the successful rollout deployment partner rationalization resulting in fewer partners and increase Tier I/II partner utilization. In addition, this role will help define the subcontracting strategy and role for consulting partners, both in and out of radius countries.

Deployment or Consulting Delivery background favourable
Effective communication and presentation skills, including to executive audiences
May be asked to present in executive settings with executive leaders and partner meetings.
Must be able to represent the services partner programs across all disciplines
