Dell Project / Program Manager - Partners in Hopkinton, Massachusetts

Job Description:

The Global Services Partner Program team within SDS is responsible for the development and execution of partner programs that enable profitable growth of services revenue and margin with our Dell EMC Channel partners while ensuring service delivery quality and outstanding customer satisfaction – in alignment with the newly launched Dell EMC Partner Program.

Key to our service program strategy are “Service Competencies”, providing qualifying Channel Partners with the opportunity to acquire the necessary capabilities and become authorized to deliver services on select Dell EMC products and solutions. A corresponding key element is Performance Management, a framework based on measuring partner service delivery quality, ensuring adherence to performance standards while providing incremental benefits for partners with outstanding performance records.

This role will contribute to the successful execution of our service program strategy. The main focus areas will include:

  • Support the rollout of new and updated service program elements

  • Plan & deliver activities driving partner readiness (pre-launch) and partner adoption (post-launch)

  • Provide data analytics enabling the evaluation of overall results and impact of program strategy through relevant KPIs

  • Provide business intelligence based on input from internal stakeholders (field sales, channel teams, service delivery, operations) and external sources (Channel partners, industry analysts) as input into strategy development and execution

  • Lead process for monthly updates to partner performance scorecard, ensuring accuracy and data integrity


  • Success-driven, highly self-motivated

  • Comfortable working with remote teams

  • Track record for successful collaboration with virtual teams in highly matrixed and diverse environments

  • Proficiency in reporting, data analytics, including SQL, MS Access, MS Excel

  • Effective communication and presentation skills
