Job Description:


  • Sets and enforces policy and process for EMEA as it relates to GTM Initiatives

  • Coordinates GTM Programs for EMEA including account rostering, AMO analysis and segmentation

  • Develops processes as it relates to customer account hierarchy maintenance and definition

  • Develops sales territory planning and account to rep mapping metrics, tools and analytics that optimize coverage and increase customer acquisition

  • Manages escalations and decision-making of territory structures and exceptions, reorganization approaches and governance

  • Establishes operational efficiencies, best practices and other improvement initiatives across the Competency Center.

  • Interfaces and collaborates cross-functionally to maintain communication among business groups.

  • Acts as a champion for new data analytics, visual mapping information and geo spatial profiles.

Critical Hiring Criteria:


  • Strong analytical problem solving capabilities

  • Knowledge of B2B market and customer base and experience with analytical and operational requirements of the business

  • Data analysis skills with Dun & Bradstreet customer hierarchy expertise

  • Experience with sales field GTM operations for EMC or a similar Fortune 500 company

  • Experience managing a successful team

  • Ability to manage across organizational boundaries and lead cross-functional initiatives

  • Superior communication skills (written, presentation, speaking, listening)

  • Creative thinker who is success-driven both individually and as a team leader
